5th Grade Whale Watching
Our 5th Grade Roadrunner Students enjoy their annual Whale Watching Field Trip sponsored by our wonderful Teacher Parent Club!
I am Mrs. Wendy Heredia and it is my honor to serve as principal of the Valley Center Elementary School – Home of the College Bound Roadrunners!
On behalf of the entire Roadrunner School staff,
I would like to welcome everyone to our new school year!
We are looking forward to another exciting school year as a No Excuses University School. We are proud to be a member of the No Excuses network of schools throughout the country. Our focus on student learning, our continual staff collaboration and our promotion of a college bound theme throughout our campus, all contribute to our continued success as a No Excuses University School.
Our school’s primary goal is to provide students with a quality education that provides opportunities for achievement now and in their future in a 21st Century Learning Environment. We have integrated key 21st Century Learning Skills into our educational program; Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity, and Communication. In addition, students at our Roadrunner School are expected to set goals and work to reach these goals. The caring professionals on our staff are here to assist in helping our students attain their goals.
Once again, we look forward to another great school year at the Roadrunner school as we continue our focus on student achievement!
We are committed to keeping our students safe online.
